JaQ here. My first stamp! yay!

This is NOT a Dubstep hate stamp. I actually like some of it. More the early stuff like Sream, Benga and Kode9 ect though... all 2004 to 2008 stuff. Im just stating that I think Dubstep is now dry compared to Drum and Bass. A diverse genre thats still interesting after 15 years. Unlike Wubstep which copied everything it has from DnB and repackaged it for poser American kids. Wobbles and fucking all.

Yay I learnt sumthin NEW TODAY! :iconmerpplz:

Wouldn't have been able to do it without the help of my cali gurl pal bunny loli pop head thingy :iconpartywithmaracas:

love dnb. problem is, a lot of it doesn't age well. you can always tell how old a dnb song is.

My god That's whassup!! I must ask how long you were working with Vivek and the others? It had to be an honor. Kudos once again. =) Yeah, I just checked Cats Eyes from Silkie. Makes you wish they'd played dubstep like that back in the U.S..

;P haha, ive been working with Vivek for about 3 months now... nothing that exciting since im just on his SYSTEM team helping him set up his rave and whatnot..but ive got his contact details and he really likes my art so maybe there's something for me there in the future >w< .. he also gave me a white label dub of Asteroids/over my head :3 (which hasn't been released yet) and yeaaahhh Its a shame what the US is doing to Dubstep and electronic music in general. (no offense) haha Ive always been more of Jungle/Drum and Bass head myself but actual Dubstep is wicked :D if you ever come to London be sure to check out FWD>> and viveks SYSTEM. they are the best regular Dubstep raves going OwO

Oh yeah feel free to check out my music blog! "FUKMUSIC" Just like to share beats ya know :3 [link]

I see I see. I wish you the best of luck on that. I'll be sure to check your link as well. =)

I think the only band I know who could make a good dubstep in the U.S. was a group called Ethereal Universe from Bandcamp, [link] (link comes with specified track) (also have a channel on youtube [link]).
It was because of those guys and other artists I respect that I too was able to setup a musical profile myself, going by the name DJ Kanda. (House, Hip & Trip hop, experimental Dubstep..many more)

Here's my stuff so far. [link] And my channel on Youtube as KANDA8492 [link] :tunes:

sorry for the months late reply /)n(\ Yeah your stuff is interesting! defo got a trip hop vibe with some Jungle noise going on! (not sure if that was intentional haha) quite obscure and freaky really! in a good way though xD I like your tracks "my poison", "sixth sense" and "bleeding soul" Im a huge fan of air chord pads and those sort of blippy sound effects that sorta throw you around. makes me think of games like Ape escape and Bomberman hero from the mid nineties lol or just Jungle music in general...

You familiar with Jungle? Its been my fave genre for years.. (since I was a kid pretty much) I actually just put out a mix myself :3 check it out [link] [link]

S'all good man. I just got your reply after recovering from college finals n'all.=P
Much appreciated on your feedback with some of those tracks from my 7th album. Some of my friends told me the same thing on my compositions sounding similar to those games.

I'm a fan of Jungle til death. Seriously digging the intro to Wise One - Feelings. I'll be checking the rest of your mixes for future times. Keep up the good soundwork! =)
