No... no.... Skrillex isn't just ear rape, it's ear rape that makes me want to chop of my second testicle and shove it through my eye sockets while being raped in every hole of my body found and also in other holes drilled into my body with a hammer while also having my entire body ripped apart by a big hairy obese man with a wife beater.
The Mistanoize mix was okay, and i TOTALLY agree on SPL, Evol Intent, and Ewun's awesomeness... Have you heard Orthodox by Anile? On a loop it literally causes orgasms. No i'm not exaggerating like in those overused youtube comments!
Sorry to burst your bubble mate but im reaLLy not feeling that :S I think Dubstep should step down from the crazy dance music scene instead of going into it. I prefer the older Dubstep like this to be honest.. Skream: [link] Widdler: [link] Virus Syndicate: [link] When Dubstep was a deep London street thing instead of cheesy club music. Overall I much prefer Drum and Bass though.
lol, i don't go clubbing much... much as in never....so i don't know much aboyt bubstep generes and music in general, i just listen to what i like and i'm not to picky, but there are some forms of music i don't agree with at all, like country for example, i just thought you might like 23, Skrillex is overrated and i don't like his tracks much, although he's the reason i'm listening to dubstep right now
yeah Everyones gotta start somewhere I guess. I mean I will give Skrillex some credit for making Dubstep adaptable to the USA. But its just annoying for someone like me... I mean.. I grew up with "Bass Culture" Jungle, Drum and Bass and even Dubstep in the mid 2000's so all of its abit personal to me.. I don't mean to sound greedy but when you hear someone like Britney Spears and Korn (with Skrillex) making Dubstep it does make you wonder. And its not even Dubstep anymore. Those links I sent you before you can clearly hear the Dub. The deep sub low bass and the emphasis on slowness (as opposed to Drum and Bass thats mad fast) Dubstep nowadays should be renamed ElectroStep or something. Because its closer to crappy club music than it is Dub.
i agree with the part about renaming it, it's a different type dubstep, just like metal has like 7 sub categories (dark, death, melodic etc etc..) i only picked up dubstep recently, about a year and a half ago, i've been listening to rock music for the past 9 years.. begining with Linkin Park, and now i'm all up to death metal, like Amon Amarth and Cannibal corpse and stuff.
