Let me start by saying, (and this is of no offense to the artist) that this, like much of the stuff that makes the front page, is here because of the unrealistically large tits, and that I am not going to be any easier on you in this critique because of the picture's popularity. I am not here to abuse the critique function and butter you up like =Allentla did. But please, let me know if I'm being too harsh on ya'. This may have been just a fun doodle for you, and I understand.
Okay, so craftsmanship: Let me start by saying that the random black dots, smudges and lines I see here and there are quite distracting from the picture itself, and that it wouldn't have done any harm to edit them out. The lineart is quite sloppy, and I'm unsure if this is intended or not.
Anatomy: as for the proportions (with the exception of her breasts and hands), you did pretty good. But I'm noticing that the hands are just a tad too small, and that the arms are just a teeny bit too short. I have seen women with larger, ahem, breasts before and their elbows still go at least a little bit past them.
Originality: I see that you went for the more iconic look in this, so I can understand the wallpaper-like background, but what I don't really think is original is the pose and the concept in general. It's basically a bust of a furry, to put it quite bluntly. She's not really in a hug-type pose. Don't get me wrong; this is very, very cute, but wouldn't she be looking a bit less nervous if she wanted a hug? I don't know; maybe that's just me, but it would be more fitting to the title to make her look more... welcoming, y'know?
Finally, coloring: The coloring in this picture is very sloppy, and that kind of saddens me, because it distracts the viewer and takes away from the picture. I'm seeing places where you forgot to shade, places where the coloring spills outside the lineart, and places where your light source gets confusing.
But it is a really cute piece, and I like the style you incorporated into this. It's very fluffy and cute, and the colors are very fitting. I admire the simplicity of the piece.
Once again, sorry if I was too harsh. I was just offering my honest opinions and advice. Thanks for reading
Well I have to say this is really cute, the colours and the looks I mean she is one of the or even the cutest anthro out there heck even better then mine for that. Other then that its very sexy, the clothes are lovely and makes her breast look big and soft. The expression in her eyes are to die for so cute as well as her hair so nice and the right size also. I also notice that pendent in between her breast which looks sweet in the place. But over all I really like this everything thing works awesomely well done mate.^^
