I don't know the names, but the yellow chick. She has a horn coming out of her back. I know it's suppose to be the tail, but you can still move it down to the proper place. It's alright if the tattoo is covered up. It's gonna be covered up. always remember, anatomy first before body art.
The fishnet stockings needs to be thicker or at least coloured in, like make it a shade darker so that we can tell its over her leg, because it looks like move body art. Also, you forgot to put it on the bottom of her foot and toes.
On her shirt, it should gather a little around the elbow if it is loose. It has a real 2D feel to it and doesn't look like it's wrapping around her arm at all. Looks like it is more a part of her than just clothing.
The other chick is fine.
The artwork is real dirty. Needs to be cleaned up a little more.
Other than those few little things, this is actually quite amazing. One of the best (and by far the cutest) one you did so far in my honest opinion. I know you say they look chibi-ish, but I don't see the different between this piece and your other pieces as far as chibi goes.

Vision, I thought this was personally thought out beautifully and you captured it PERFECTLY on paper.
Originality also deserves some praise. If you was to do this piece of her hugging her boobs instead of butt, I would have given this no starts at all. Boobs are so overrated now. It's nice to see some butt praise.
Technique... I already explained what was wrong so 2.5 stars here.
The impact was tremendous. It sticks out, it's different. It's unique and totally you. 5 stars.
