This piece is particularly nice! The pencil work is very well done. The varying pencil lines in thickness work very well and give it depth. Although the male character's hair looks a bit undefined. The background color is a very nice touch! Not too over powering as where it does not dominate the composition. A little more shading would have been nice to give it more weight and depth. Over all this piece works very well. I really love pencil drawings and sketch when they are done really nice such as yours! Its rather small but the work makes up for the size.
looking at it, this piece is actually quite beautifully made, but the lack of shading makes it hard to figure out where one line ends and where another begins. It is original, it is beautifully, the technique used is quite amazing, but, like I stated before, the lack of shading makes really takes away the impact that I was hoping would be there.
There is also the body proportions that seem a bit off, for example; the female's "upper thighs", even though the left buttock is clearly supposed to be closer of the two, it seems to be smaller. Of course, one could say that most of it is being hidden by the tail(?), The problem is that the "line" separating the two buttocks' is clearly leaning more on the left than the right (or middle, if we're talking in 3 dimensional terms).
Over all, it's a beautiful piece that I cannot ever hope to match, but the problems that are there take away from the picture's over all, though, not so much as to be highly noticeable.
I am but useless human compost in comparison. Tell me, was the purple something you added right on the border of the drawing? Or was that added later, digitally?
