SO
overall, i think this is a pretty good picture, and i really love her shoes <3 their design but also the way you drew them, feet and shoes are generally hard to draw, so well done!
i also think your lineart has improved, it's less messy, me likey.

alrighty here comes the advice and whatnot.
firstly, the boobs. of course, there is nothing wrong with her having large breasts and a cleavage, i'd be a hypocrite if i judged you for having big boobed characters.
but the bit that pokes out right there, looks a bit odd. it's probably meant to show that her breasts don't fit in her shirt, but the shirt seems so tight it literally makes her boobs pop out, it's a bit unrealistic.

her shoulders also seem a bit...buff. like, a bit manly. try to make her shoulders smaller next time c:

i think that's her belly button you can see through her shirt, and if it is, it seems to be placed a bit too high o: if she'd be shirtless and the belly button would be placed there, it'd be like, right under her breasts, that doesn't seem right xD
so lower it a bit and it's good c:
and if that's just a wrinkle on her shirt then...nevermind .A.;
oh and about the wrinkles, her shirt seems so flat, give it a bit more wrinkles and stuff, just like on her sleeve c:

i think it's so adorable how she blushes, it gives her that meek and shy look, but the blush doesn't seem placed right. it's above her nose, but also two circles on her cheeks, i think it should be either one o: or one big blush going from one cheek to the other, above the nose. c:

ah yeah
i really like how her hair a bit messy, with the fringe and the back of it, but the hair leaning on her shoulder seems so straight and tidy compared to the rest of it o:
but also;
the eyes showing through the hair.
so many artists do this and it's not good D:
i'll admit i do it too with sketches and all, but i try not to with serious drawings; i know it's pretty difficult to not draw eyes through the hair but the key is practice~

First off I would like to say the thing that caught my on contact were her sweet nike kicks. Those look so cook and well presented to her body frame. I like how even as she is sporting human features she still has panda hair, eyes, and ears. She is a sexy thick creation with incredible boobs I must say, The stockings or black pants under her small and sexy shorts is a nice touch as well. One thing I am really liking is the color coordination you have going on here. It is like your have the right amount of every color carefully place from the pink, black, and white. I like how you let her have the white eyes to add to the panda touch. The pink shirt she has on is nothing short of hot and sexy. Her cheeks are so adorable and her earrings are really nice too. Another thing that is really hot is how her hair is white and black and dthe black side has a white spot in it in resemblance to a real panda if I'm not mistaken. It kind of look like a eyes. I have to say for this creation not to have a background this is an incredible piece you have. She is the creation and the background.
